Hydra
ERP for agribusiness: production, finance and AI forecasting in one screen
A farm makes money on the racks and in the greenhouse, and loses it in spreadsheets: a batch nobody costed, an order never checked against the harvest, a client’s debt someone remembers a month later. Hydra brings production, inventory, sales, finance and the team into one system where every number appears the moment something happens, not at the end of the month.

The problem
On most farms, the books live in three places at once: the grower’s notebook, the manager’s spreadsheet and the messenger thread with clients. Each is true in its own way, and none of them answers a simple question: “how much did we make on this client?” Unit costs get worked out once a quarter, roughly. Seed runs out on sowing day, and surplus harvest goes to waste because nobody saw in time that there was no one to sell it to. The owner runs the business in their head, and it can’t grow past what one head can hold.
What Hydra does
- Production - sowing, germination, growth, harvest: every batch on its own rack with its own status. Crop sheets for 115 crops come built in, so a new hire sows to the standard, not from a senior colleague’s memory.
- Cost of every batch - seed, growing medium, packaging and labor hours are pulled in automatically at sowing. The cost per gram is visible before anything is sold, so it’s clear which crop feeds the farm and which one eats the profit.
- Money reports - P&L by crop and by client, trends by week, month and year, and cash flow: what actually came in and what went out. You see which client brings profit and which only brings turnover, and which crop drags the margin down.
- Loss tracking - batch and weight write-offs, sanitary cuts, losses by reason and by crop. Money that used to vanish quietly gets a name and an amount, and then you can do something about it.
- Inventory & purchasing - stock levels, suppliers with billing details and balances, purchases with delivery costs. Sowing draws down materials on its own, so shortages show up ahead of time, not when the tray is already on the table.
- Sales & delivery - clients with billing details, orders and repeat standing orders, mixes from fresh harvest or from stock, returns. Managers stop retyping the same order every week, and clients get their goods and paperwork without delay.
- Books & documents - invoices and delivery notes with your farm’s details, payments, receivables and payables, reconciliation statements with clients, suppliers and staff as PDFs ready to sign. Your accountant takes the numbers from the same data as production, instead of piecing them together from spreadsheets at month end.
- Team & payroll - roles and access, pay with bonuses or deductions, split payouts, a running balance for every employee. Payroll runs on the same data as production, so there are fewer arguments about hours.
- Tasks & reminders - the system creates tasks on its own: harvest is due, a batch is ready, a delivery is coming up. Open tasks arrive in Telegram every morning, and the home screen shows what needs attention today, so nothing depends on someone’s memory.
- Oversight - a log of every change, a sign-in log and new-device alerts. You see who changed what and when, and an outsider can’t slip in unnoticed.
It’s one system, not a bundle of apps. An order a manager puts through immediately updates stock, receivables, reports and the harvest task list, and nothing has to be copied by hand from one place to another.
Growing with the farms
Hydra develops at the request of the farms that work in it every day. New reports, documents and sections appear because a farm asked for them, not because someone far from production drew them up. Every update is described in the change log right inside the system: what changed and why.
AI that knows your farm
The assistant works in a chat right inside the system and in Telegram, and it answers from the farm’s live data, not with generic advice. Ask “what’s our margin on basil for September” or “what goes out to clients on Friday” and you get a number and a list, not one more report to put together by hand. From sales history, AI forecasts steady demand for each crop and suggests how much to sow, so there’s enough on the shelf to sell and nothing left to throw out.
AI at work: knows the farm down to a single batch → answers with a number and tells you how much to sow to cut waste.
Data & security
Every farm works in its own isolated space: its clients, prices and costs are visible to no one else. For large operations and farm networks, we discuss running Hydra on a dedicated server configured for the client: capacity, backups and access are set up to match your volumes and requirements. Sign-in uses two-factor authentication, and every action leaves a trace in the log. The server perimeter is guarded around the clock by our own Threat Aggregator.
Bringing your data over from 1C and other systems
Farms usually put off a new system not because of the interface, but because of what they’d have to leave behind: years of sales history, client and supplier records, the familiar reports the owner reads the business by. You don’t have to carry that part alone: as a separate service, our team helps bring data into Hydra from 1C, other accounting software and spreadsheets: clients, suppliers, product catalog, stock, sales history and outstanding balances. Together with you, we set up the key reports and workflows, so your team recognizes its own processes in the new system instead of learning to live by someone else’s template.
Once your history is in Hydra, reports and forecasts have something to stand on from day one. We agree on cost and timing individually once we’ve seen the volume and structure of the data to be moved.
How it starts
First, a conversation about how the farm runs today: what you grow, who you sell to, where the books are kept now. Then the system is deployed for your operation, with your crops, prices and roles, and a step-by-step checklist takes you from an empty database to the first sowing.
It runs on a subscription: deployment, updates and support stay on our side. Get in touch, and we’ll show you Hydra on a farm like yours.
