Family organizer with an AI assistant in Telegram
Mayachok brings together everything a family needs day to day: shopping, to-do lists, reminders, birthdays, pets and documents. Nothing extra, only what families actually use. Alongside it is an AI assistant in Telegram: send it an ordinary message and get an answer or a reminder without even opening the app.
The problem
Family life is scattered across a dozen places: the shopping list in notes, birthdays in a calendar, documents as photos on a phone, and plans get lost in a group chat. Each app covers its own piece and knows nothing about the rest, so the important stuff still rests on one person who remembers for everyone. Mayachok takes that role off their shoulders: the system remembers, and the bot reminds.
What’s in Mayachok
- Shopping & lists - a shared shopping list that updates for everyone at once, plus to-do lists for trips, renovations or holidays. Nobody buys milk twice, and nobody forgets their passport before vacation.
- Reminders & birthdays - one-off and recurring reminders for yourself or the whole family, and birthdays with an early heads-up. The bot reminds you in Telegram, so there’s time to get a gift.
- Pets - vaccinations, vet visits, scheduled treatments. The bot reminds you ahead of time, so a missed vaccination doesn’t come to light on the day of a trip.
- Documents - scans and photos of family documents in one place behind a PIN. The document you need is at hand in a second, not somewhere in the photo gallery.
- Personal trackers - water, weight, workouts, menstrual cycle. Everyone turns on only what they need, and personal data is visible only to its owner.
AI that knows your home
Tell the bot “add milk to the shopping list” and it does, and the list updates for everyone instantly. “When is Mom’s birthday?” and it answers from the family calendar. “Remind me on Saturday to book the cat in at the vet” and it sets the reminder. The assistant keeps the context of every module, so instead of a dozen separate apps you have one conversation in a chat.

Privacy by default
Data is stored on our servers. Only what the assistant needs to answer leaves them, and that data isn’t used to train third-party AI systems. Personal modules such as the cycle tracker are visible only to their owner - not even a partner on the account can see them. Documents are locked with a PIN. Sign-in is through Telegram with a one-time link, no passwords or sign-up forms.
How to start
A partner joins in 30 seconds via an invite link. It works in the browser and in Telegram, and installs on a phone as a PWA. Modules are turned on individually, so every family sets up Mayachok its own way.
