SMM Manager

Brand social media on autopilot: plan, copy, publishing and control

A brand’s social pages stay alive as long as something goes out on them regularly. SMM Manager keeps that rhythm without the manual grind: a plan weeks ahead, copy tailored to each network, publishing exactly on schedule and a signal when something goes wrong.

The problem

Posts get written at the last minute, a new article on the site waits a week for someone to remember it, and Instagram gets the same text as Facebook even though the audience is different. Pages go silent for days, then put out three similar posts in a row. The content is there; what’s missing is a system that gets it into the feed on time.

What SMM Manager does

  • Calendar and queue - every post for the weeks ahead in one place: what goes where and when. Publishing slots per page, topics and sections alternate, so the feed looks alive rather than like a conveyor belt.
  • Scheduled publishing - text, photos and carousels go out to Facebook and Instagram on their own, at the planned minute. Several pages and languages in one system.
  • Separate copy for each network - one post, but Instagram gets its own angle, its own hashtags and its own limits. The system won’t queue a text the network would cut off.
  • Announcements from your website - a new article, recipe or news item lands in the inbox by itself as a draft announcement with an image and a link. No piece of content goes unpromoted.
  • Telegram alerts - a post failed, page access dropped, the site stopped serving articles, tomorrow’s queue is short on ready posts. You find out right away, not from an empty feed.

AI that writes like your brand

Copy is written by AI following your content strategy: it reads the article itself, not just the headline, and produces an announcement people want to open. Facebook and Instagram get different texts, in your tone and your language. A person stays the editor: reviews, edits if needed and releases it to the queue.

AI at work: a new article on the site → a ready announcement for each network, queued into the next free slot.

Next in development

Reach and engagement stats for every post, a comment feed from all pages with replies straight from the system, Threads and Telegram channels, Reels and video.

Data and security

Sign-in with a password and mandatory two-factor authentication. Page access tokens are stored encrypted, publishing goes through the official Meta API, with no third-party middleman services and no sharing of account passwords.

How it starts

We go through your social pages and website: which pages, languages and sections, how many posts a day and at what times. The system is set up separately for each client: your pages, your announcement sources, your copy style and your schedule. The model is a subscription: deployment, updates and support stay on our side. Write to us and we’ll show you what your week looks like in the calendar.

Stack

Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL; Meta Graph API for Facebook and Instagram, Claude models for copy, alerts via the Telegram Bot API, mandatory two-factor authentication.
