Telegram bots: from alerts to AI assistants in the work chat

We build and deploy Telegram bots of any level of complexity, from simple notifications to AI assistants with access to company data, and embed them into your business processes. People don’t open dashboards, but they always open Telegram. A bot delivers a report, a reminder or an answer where the team already spends its day, and lets people respond with a single tap instead of hunting for the right screen.

The problem

Business systems usually stay silent until someone logs in. The report sits in a dashboard that gets opened once a week, outages are reported by customers, and to find out how many orders are due tomorrow, you message a colleague and wait until they get to a laptop. The information exists, but it doesn’t reach people in time. We build bots that close exactly this gap: the system comes to people with the news, and people reply to it the same way they’d reply to a colleague in a chat.

What your bot can do

  • Reports & digests - a ready summary every morning: sales, today’s tasks, what passed without issues and what needs attention. Managers start the day with the full picture instead of collecting numbers across tabs.
  • Alerts - a server outage, a suspicious sign-in, a missed deadline, a stalled request. Problems surface within minutes, not a day later from a customer.
  • One-tap actions - buttons under the message: mark as done, snooze a reminder, approve, open the record. Responding takes a second, and the action is written to the system right away.
  • Scheduled reminders - one-off and recurring, for one person or the whole team. Nothing depends on someone’s memory, and the bot never forgets to follow up.
  • Sign-in via Telegram - a one-time link instead of a password that people forget and forward in chats, or signing in to a website or account through Telegram with confirmation in the bot as a second factor. Along with it, new-device alerts: people see right away if someone else has signed in to their account.
  • Separate channels for different people - the owner sees the money, the warehouse sees shipments, the admin sees security. Everyone gets what’s theirs, and the important stuff doesn’t drown in a shared stream.
  • Voice control - instead of typing, people dictate a message. The bot recognizes the speech, AI works out what’s needed, and the bot carries out the action or answers, asking for confirmation before anything important. Handy wherever hands are busy: on the production floor, in the warehouse, on the road.
  • Working with your systems - the bot reads and writes data in your CRM, accounting software or spreadsheets via API. The team stops copying information by hand between the messenger and the system.

AI that gets to the point

The assistant we connect to the bot knows your business, not the internet: it answers from live data in your systems. Ask “how many orders for Friday” or “which clients haven’t paid this month” and you get a number and a list, not a link to a report. It takes requests just as easily: “remind me on Thursday to review purchasing,” “give the warehouse a task for tomorrow.” You can ask by text or by voice, whichever works at the moment.

AI at work: voice access to business data → an answer in the chat instead of a search through the dashboard.

Security & confidentiality

Every bot we build works only within the limits it’s been given. It sees the data and performs the actions allowed for its specific process, and nothing beyond that: a shipping bot has no access to accounting, and a reporting bot changes nothing in the system.

  • Role-based access - every user gets only what their position entitles them to. A warehouse worker can’t ask the bot about someone else’s salary, and a manager won’t see the whole company’s finances.
  • Your people only - the bot responds only to users whose Telegram is linked to an account in the system. A stranger who stumbles on the bot gets nothing.
  • Extra protection for sensitive data - payroll, personal and payment data, medical or contract information are locked down separately and never shown in group chats. Important actions require confirmation.
  • Audit log - every request and every action is recorded: you see who asked or changed what, and when.
  • Data stays inside - only what’s strictly needed for an answer leaves your perimeter, and that data isn’t used to train third-party AI systems.

From a simple bot to an AI assistant

A bot doesn’t have to be a big project. We match the complexity to the task, and each next level is added to a bot that’s already running instead of rewriting it.

  • Notifications & reports - the bot reaches out on its own: alerts, digests, reminders. A quick start that immediately replaces manual checks and “so, what’s the status?” calls.
  • Work tool - buttons, approvals, requests, photos and documents. The team gets part of the work done right in the chat, and the result lands where it belongs.
  • Process integration - the bot is connected to your CRM, accounting, website or spreadsheets, with sign-in via Telegram and role-based access. The messenger becomes a full part of your working system.
  • AI assistant - conversation by text and voice with access to company data: answers, search, actions on request. People talk to the system the same way they talk to a colleague.

How it starts

First, we look at your process: where information gets lost, and what currently depends on manual checks, phone calls and the memory of particular people. We suggest the level that pays off for you specifically, not the most complex one possible, and connect the bot to the systems you already work in. A bot is the easiest way to start working with us, and from there it grows along with your processes.

Cost and timing depend on the level of complexity and on which systems need to be connected, so we agree on them individually. Get in touch and tell us which process you’d like to start with.
